Camp fees must be paid by the dates listed above in order to secure specific pricing. All pricing is per person and must be paid online by credit card, debit card, or electronic check.

Please note that our reservation system determines camp fees on an individual level, not a unit level. For example; If “Johnny Scout” makes payment in full by March 15 and “Billy Scout” does not, “Johnny Scout” will secure the lower price while our reservation system will automatically transition “Billy Scout” to the next higher camp fee.

Our reservation system also automatically updates adult discounts based on how many youth are attending. For example, if the unit originally makes a reservation for 11 youth, they would receive 2 free adults. If in the future the unit reduces the number of youth to 9, the unit then would only be eligible to receive 1 free adult and then would be billed for the second adult that was originally free when the reservation was made with 11 youth.
